3. Payments
Fees, billing cadence, and refund eligibility (if any) are described in your individual proposal or invoice. Past-due balances may pause active work until resolved.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by LocalPeak Media or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without prior written permission. Final deliverables created for clients transfer per the terms of the individual engagement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required access (domains, accounts, brand assets) needed to deliver services.
6. Third-Party Services
Our work may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, analytics, payment processors, AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or performance of those third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalPeak Media's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
